China is now the second largest economy in the world. Technology and innovation have often been seen as the backbone of China’s unprecedented economic growth. In particular, the wide area that covers the Yangtze Delta has key industrial hubs from the point of view of innovation in China, such as Shanghai, Nanjing, or Hangzhou. Therefore, to understand the growth of China, it is important to understand how the entrepreneurial ecosystem linked to technology works in this country, as well as the possible opportunities and challenges that may arise for potential Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs.
This event will bring potential Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and researchers closer to the reality of developing a technological project in China. There will be speakers from Spanish-speaking institutions in China, entrepreneurs, investors, and experts in the field. The event will be bilingual with some events in Spanish and some events in English. This activity will deal with topics such as technology transfer, institutional and private support, fundamental challenges and opportunities in the Chinese market, among others.
